Structure of the Article
Title: The title should be concise and informative, ideally not exceeding 15 words.
Abstract: The abstract should briefly summarize the problem, objectives, methodology, and key findings of the paper in no more than 250 words.
Introduction: This section should provide a comprehensive overview of the research problem, including the background, significance, and a brief literature review. It should clearly outline the research gap, objectives, and the novel contributions of the paper.
Methodology: Describe the research design, data collection methods, and analytical approaches. For theoretical and review articles, the approach to literature review should be clearly stated. This section is optional for non-empirical papers.
Results and Discussion: Present significant findings clearly and logically, avoiding excessive detail. Discuss the implications of the results in the context of existing research, and consider any limitations and potential for future research.
Conclusion: The conclusion should summarize the main findings and their relevance to the fields of law, technology, and human rights. This section should provide a forward-looking perspective, suggesting practical applications and areas for further study, without merely repeating the abstract or introduction.
Acknowledgements: Acknowledge any funding sources, institutional support, and individuals who contributed to the research but are not listed as authors. Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
References: References should be comprehensive and recent, with a minimum of 30 references. At least 70% should be from peer-reviewed journals, and the rest can include books, conference papers, and other credible sources published within the last decade. All references must follow the Chicago Manual of Style. For further details on formatting and citation, refer to the Chicago Manual of Style quick guide Chicago Manual of Style Citation Guide.
