Publication Process

Submission

  • Manuscript Requirements
    - Authors must submit original, unpublished manuscripts that are not under consideration elsewhere.
    - Manuscripts should adhere to the journal's format and style guidelines, including citation format, font, spacing, and word count limits.
  • Author Information
    - Submissions should include complete author details, including full name, affiliation, contact information, and a brief biography.
    - The corresponding author should be clearly identified.

Initial Screening

  • Scope and Relevance

Upon submission, the editorial team will conduct an initial screening to ensure the manuscript aligns with the journal's focus and scope.

  • Plagiarism Check

Manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using industry-standard software. Any manuscript failing this check will be rejected immediately, and the authors will be notified.

  • Basic Requirements

The manuscript should comply with the journal's formatting and ethical guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the authors for correction before further consideration.

Peer Review Process

  • Reviewer Selection

The editor will select qualified reviewers based on their expertise in the manuscript's subject area. The selection aims for a minimum of two independent reviewers.

  • Double-Blind Review

The journal employs a double-blind review process, wherein both the reviewers and the authors are anonymized to ensure impartiality.

  • Review Criteria

Reviewers will evaluate the manuscript based on criteria such as originality, significance, clarity, methodology, and contribution to the field.

Review Timeline

Reviewers are expected to provide their feedback within 4-6 weeks. Delays in the review process will be communicated to the authors.

The editorial team will compile the feedback and make an initial decision, which may include acceptance, minor revisions, major revisions, or rejection. Authors will receive detailed comments to guide any required revisions.

Decision Making

  • Editorial Decision

The editor, based on the reviewers' recommendation, will make the final decision on the manuscript. In cases where reviewers have conflicting recommendations, the editor may seek additional reviews or make an independent decision.

  • Communication with Authors

The corresponding author will be notified of the decision and provided with reviewers' comments. For accepted manuscripts, the authors will receive instructions for final submission.

Revisions and Resubmission

  • Minor and Major Revisions

Authors asked to revise their manuscripts must address all reviewer and editor comments. The revised manuscript should be resubmitted within the specified timeframe, typically 2-4 weeks for minor revisions and 4-6 weeks for major revisions.

  • Resubmission Review

Revised manuscripts will be re-evaluated by the original reviewers, where possible, or new reviewers if necessary.

Final Acceptance and Proofing

  • Final Acceptance

Upon satisfactory revision and final approval by the editor, the manuscript will be accepted for publication.

  • Proofing

Authors will receive proofs for final approval. They must review the proofs for accuracy and clarity, making only minor corrections as necessary. The corrected proofs must be returned promptly.

  • Publication

The final version of the manuscript will be published in the upcoming issue of the journal. The journal reserves the right to make minor editorial adjustments for clarity and consistency.

Ethical Considerations

  • Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript.

  • Corrections and Retractions

Authors are required to promptly notify the journal of any significant errors or inaccuracies discovered post-publication, so that corrections or retractions can be made.

  • Data Availability

Where applicable, authors should provide access to data supporting the research findings, ensuring transparency and reproducibility.

Post-Publication

  • Article Promotion

Authors are encouraged to promote their work through academic and professional networks, and may share their article in accordance with the journal's sharing policy.

  • Archiving and Access

The journal ensures that all published articles are archived in reputable databases and made accessible to the academic community and the public according to the journal's access policy.
